As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as the bridge between top-tier talent and industry-leading companies. Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and soft skills.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Networking: Attend local networking events and industry mixers to expand our candidate database and client network.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over pedigree.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and earn a competitive income.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with the internet is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends for networking events.
