Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct professional phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new recruitment software quickly.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
