Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and postings
- Support team with recruitment analytics and reporting
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance recruitment skills
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment or staffing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
