Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and professional history.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and prospective employees with precision.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, guiding them through the hiring process.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine your recruiting skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to learn the recruiting industry.
