Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and match them with open positions.
- Recruitment Marketing: Utilize social media platforms and job boards to source passive candidates and promote job openings.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates using calendar management tools.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Event Coordination: Represent Apex Talent Group at job fairs and networking events in the Raleigh area.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
