Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and applications to identify top talent for our client companies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Client Relations: Communicate regularly with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Event Support: Help organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
