Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms and job boards
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via phone/email
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates and new hires
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-demand positions
- Participate in weekly recruitment strategy meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance
- Proactive problem-solving and client service orientation
