Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Cleveland's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand IT roles (DevOps, Cloud, AI)
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key industry clients
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search for passive candidate discovery
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and champion DEI initiatives
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for niche tech specialties
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in the Midwest market
- Proven success placing roles in cloud, cybersecurity, and data science
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Taleo ATS platforms
- Strong network of Cleveland tech professionals and hiring managers
- Ability to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client meetings
