Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring insights to clients
- Train junior recruiters on best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in placing technical, healthcare, or logistics professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
