Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier candidates for IT, healthcare, and engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic partnership
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
