Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding coordination
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms to maximize talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
- Conduct regular client satisfaction reviews and performance reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities in competitive talent markets
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
