Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS experience preferred)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask

- Authorized to work in the United States
- NYC residency preferred for client meeting attendance
