Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
