Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate data
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
