Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
- Post and manage job advertisements on major job boards and company career pages
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and analytics for senior recruiters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's local job market a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if local travel required)
