- Screen and qualify candidates via phone, email, and in-person interviews
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verification processes
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for diverse industries
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance tasks
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet client placement goals
Qualifications
