Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and potential clients in the Mesa area and beyond.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and job boards to proactively source passive candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new recruitment software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client site visits).
