Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage Candidates: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, or HR.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (ATS experience is a plus).
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere with a positive attitude.
