- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top talent using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the application process and ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
