Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various administrative, clerical, and light industrial positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including phone screening and on-site interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media and networking strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate status and data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work in our downtown Cleveland office location.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
