Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and company culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and document phone screens and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Client Retention: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: A hunger for success, high energy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with changing priorities.
