Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards, to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Placement Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidates for interviews, and facilitate the placement process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM software and provide weekly progress reports to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: A proactive, self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and achieve sales targets.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
