Responsibilities
- • Conduct market research and identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- • Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
