Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential job candidates to assess their skills and availability.
- Screen resumes and qualifications to match open positions with suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A desire to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
