Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for multiple industries and client accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent Valley Talent Partners at career fairs and local networking events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus but not required (we provide full training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Greenhouse or Workday is a bonus).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter attitude with a high level of motivation and resilience.
