The Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various sourcing channels and social media platforms.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, candidate outreach, scheduling, and offer extension.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs to promote our agency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
