Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of potential candidates using various platforms and networks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening and interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for key client accounts.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and industry trends.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to refine recruiting skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
