Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top talent for our client base.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Placement Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and provide insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and teachability over experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (ATS training provided).
- Drive: A strong desire to succeed, meet targets, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as business dictates.
