Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media, networking events, and database mining to identify qualified candidates for diverse industry roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required—we provide the training. However, experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including evenings and occasional weekends for networking events.
