Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing top-tier candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies for new market segments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed with a hunger for learning and growth.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
