Key Responsibilities:
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize social media and job boards to identify qualified talent and screen resumes to match open requisitions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Market Candidates: Present top candidates to clients and manage the interview scheduling process.
- Placement Management: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends in San Antonio to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
