- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver results.
- Market Research: Analyze local job markets to identify trends and opportunities for placement within the region.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and maintain high retention rates.
Qualifications
