Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Screen and interview applicants to determine their suitability for open positions within our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and talent requirements.
- Negotiate salary rates and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, from initial contact to onboarding and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
