Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of industries including logistics, healthcare, and administrative sectors.
- Manage a pipeline of potential clients and candidates using CRM software and networking strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent pools in the Jacksonville area.
- Present candidates to clients and negotiate salary offers to secure placements.

Qualifications
