Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to identify potential job seekers.
- Phone Screening: Conduct professional phone interviews to assess candidate skills and availability.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with local businesses to understand their specific staffing requirements.
- CRM Management: Update candidate data and track progress within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks in Southern California.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is not required.
- Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
