Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify potential job candidates for open positions.
- Screen applicants to determine their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding and placement of candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to refine recruiting techniques and sales skills.
- Network with local businesses and attend job fairs to expand our market reach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
