Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various platforms to identify, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and company culture.
- Placement Management: Coordinate the interview process, facilitate negotiations, and manage candidate onboarding.
- Market Expansion: Drive business development by networking and attending local industry events.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Market Analysis: Research salary trends and market conditions to advise both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or HR is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a hunger for sales and commission-based income.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ATS software is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard business schedule with potential for overtime.
