Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's job market and industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
