Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in Dallas tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-fit alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to position our clients as top employers in Dallas
- Maintain accurate ATS records and generate weekly recruitment analytics reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing experience with Dallas-based companies
- Proven success filling urgent technical, clinical, or executive roles
- Expertise in leveraging Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Strong negotiation skills for complex candidate offers and client contracts
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of Dallas talent market dynamics
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms
