Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Assist with onboarding new hires for client placements
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
