Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with local professionals and hiring partners
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly status reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
