Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews via phone and video platforms
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS systems and job boards
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry contacts
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries for client presentations
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
- Participate in networking events to expand agency's talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or customer service
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional client meetings
