- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
