Responsibilities
- Manage Candidate Intake: Oversee the intake and screening process for night shift applicants, ensuring all credentials are verified and ready for deployment.
- Shift Coordination: Communicate effectively with on-site supervisors and field recruiters to allocate resources and fill urgent staffing gaps during the night.
- Administrative Support: Process timesheets, payroll data, and invoices accurately within the designated night shift window.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate and client concerns that arise during the night shift, resolving issues promptly to maintain service levels.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all staffing activities adhere to local labor laws and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support, staffing agency, or logistics role.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating 3rd Shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality in previous roles.
