Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 corporate clients in Georgia's key industries
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct 15+ weekly candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse sectors
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Train junior recruiters on our proprietary talent-matching methodology
- Drive client satisfaction through 95%+ placement retention rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in Georgia market
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with 85% client retention
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and ATS analytics
- Strong negotiation skills for compensation packages and contract terms
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Georgia driver's license for client meetings statewide
