Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical, professional, and executive roles across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic account management
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's labor market and key industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
