Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks

- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Knowledge of Nebraska employment laws and compliance requirements
