Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to represent our brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
