Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions using job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via phone/email
- Update and maintain candidate profiles in our recruitment CRM database
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Support client relationship management through regular communication updates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
