Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials
- Generate recruitment reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Support compliance initiatives and diversity recruitment programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
